upgrade to version 12 not working

Upgrading from version 11 to 12 did not work. The program would not open. Had to delete program on my computer. Tried to reinstall version 11. Could not do that. Installed version 12. Now there seems to be no way to update license. So I won't be able to use program in a few weeks. Going to be forced to go back and use photoshop.

I assume that you're referring to the perpetual license rather than a subscription, and your best bet is to contact Cyberlink customer service for assistance.
