Hi
I've tried to install this patch twice both times the installer freezes at 96% and I lose my internet connection. My system is win 10 2004 with all updates installed. When I looked into the network adapter settings, all my network adapters are missing! I have to force a reset upon which I get my network adapters back and all seems well, but the patch has not installed. Anyone got any ideas?

OK. Got it to work. The details of the solution came from Tech Support and I added to it to explain the further things that I saw. This is a solution, but it is NOT what you would want to see in an installatino program!
