音が出なくなった

プレビューのところの音量がミュートになったまま（操作できない）動かないので音が出ません。

Translation: The volume at the preview remains muted (cannot be operated) and does not move, so there is no sound.

Try this: Under the Preview Window click the preview quality button and check Real Time Preview.
