Is there a problem with the cloud server? I can load media content from the Director Zone, as well as background music, etc., but cannot connect to the cloud server! Liebe Grüße / Regards

Not sure. Are you receiving a message stating "You are not currently connected to the internet?" If so, several people have reported this over the past few days. It would be best to report this to CyberLink.
