Is there a problem with the cloud server? I can load media content from the Director Zone, as well as background music, etc., but cannot connect to the cloud server!

Not sure. Are you receiving a message stating "You are not currently connected to the internet?" If so, several people have reported this over the past few days. It would be best to report this to CyberLink.
Once submitted, please respond here with your CS ticket number. They will want to get a copy of your http log so help diagnose the problem.
