YouCam 9 unable to see webcam

I am using my phone as a webcam with DroidCam (With wifi connection) and DEV47APPS for windows. YouCam 7 worked perfectly but I upgraded and now YouCam 9 will not recognize Droid Source 2 or 3. I have shut down restarted both my laptop and my phone and restarted the app. I get the message .....

Warning YouCam cannot connect to your webcam (DroidCam Source 3). Try selecting another capture device within settings, or close any applications that may be using this webcam and the restart YouCam.

The only thing that is using the Camera is DroidCam Client. This has not stopped youCam7 from seeing the cam.

Please help otherwise my upgrade was a waste of $$$
