Error screen capture Hello everyone
I'm tryin to upload this file:

XRN-2010_192.168.1.200_80-Cam01_20200608_170000_20200608_235900_ID_0000



and I get this message:

any idea what can I do?

When you say you're trying to load that file, do you mean that it's a media file and you're trying to import it into PowerDirector?

Where did this file come from? What is it -- video, photo, audio?

It has no file suffix identifying the file type.

Yes a video file
a client brought it to me to do some editing and I wasn't able to upload to the program.
also, to watch it from media playes it says error.
from VLC it shows a green screen and we can hear the noise, the client says that from her computer it works fine with VLC

It looks like you were trying to upload it here to the forum. The maximum attachment size is 5MB but video clips are generally much to big for that, so you'll need to upload it to a cloud folder on Google Drive or OneDrive and paste a shareable link to it here.

Another option is to open the video file in the free download MediaInfo. In MediaInfo, set View to Text and then copy this text and paste it to this forum.

This will provide us with the necessary specs and will give us a much better idea what is going on.
