You haven't given us much information to work with.

What did you do from the phone? Are all videos in the folder you tried to import from your phone, or are there different kinds of videos there? Can you import the videos individually? Which version of PowerDirector are you using? If it's the PD Mobile app, there's a differentforum for that.
