Youcam 9 Deluxe crash on start every time

I can't start Youcam any more.

I've tried removing any cams and virtual cams that aren't in use. I've updated my nVidia drivers. I've updated my Logitech software/drivers. I've reinstalled Youcam twice. Every time I launch it or an app starts it it crashes before I can make any changes or do anything.

Help.

This was resolved after using Microsoft's tool to upgrade to Windows 10 2004.
