Fading PIP objects

Fading PIP objects

I am a new user to PD8, and love the Powerdirector items than can be downloaded, but it seems as though all of them, .. including pip objects just appear, and blink they are gone. Is there a way to make them fade on the screen and then fade off? Thanks

Welcome to the forum,

Place PiP object in PiP track
Highlight object
Click modify, which opens PiP Designer
Click "Add/Edit motion for PiP object" button, centre button, top left
place tick in Fade-in and Fade-out
