Playing bluray on extended screen

I have a 3 screen setup on my computer. I use PowerDVD for blurays and DVDs only. I can see how to cast video files to my ROKU or my 3rd screen, but I don't see any way to cast a bluray/dvd disc to ROKU or 3rd screen. Is this possible? thanks.

Nope, not possible because of copyright protection reasons. If you check the help file, there is a note about this when trying to play BDs to another display or device.

That is a bit odd how due to copyright protections I can't cast blurays to my roku or view them on a 3rd screen. what's the difference in that and viewing them on any screen? some laws make no sense to me, haha. thanks for letting me know.
