Powerdvd 19 not recognizing 3D discs

I upgraded my Powerdvd 19 to 20 before I knew that 20 would not support 3D.
I have uninstalled 20 and reinstalled 19.
Now Powerdvd 19 will not recognize a 3D Bluray.
Powerdvd 19 DOES recognize my 3D monitor correctly.
When I run Cyberlink Ultra HD Advisor it does not seem to recognize Powerdvd 19.
Everything else checks out fine.
