PerfectCam unusable for professional use: "MASK" keeps popping up (like a ghost!) during calls

I have PerfectCam2, and the features work well, except for a gigantic "bug" that keep re-occuring during calls.

There is a ghost-like "mask" that frequently becomes disengaged from my face (every couple of minutes or so, even if I'm not moving my head much) and so you can see my face and then the "ghost mask" over the top. It's really awful and not professional at ALL.

I'm assuming this a problem with the automatic tracking of my facial features. But that frankly makes this product useless. Is there a way to fix this????

FYI I am running on Windows 10 with a very fast GPU and CPU (AMD Ryzen 9 3900x, NVidia GeForce RTX 2080 Super), with a logitech Brio HD camera.

Hello,

I have never heard this complaint before, so it could be an issue with your GPU driver or webcam. First, make sure your GPU is using the latest driver. It can make a huge difference.

If this does not fix the issue, please contact CyberLink Technical Support:
