Transparent Background Videos
[Post New]
Hello,

Does PowerDirector provide any transparent video backgrounds?

I know you can ChromaKey them, but any ready made? Like explosions, fire, animals, memes?

Videezy has some but looking for more.

Anyone make any?

G'day Veepo -

With the PDR 365 subscription version there are stock videos available for download - but they're not the alpha channel videos you're asking about.

PDR cannot render alpha channel videos so, to create your own, you'd need After Effects or similar.

There are mountains of resources online, but you typically need a $ub$cription. Digital Juice & Story Blocks are two examples.

Cheers - Tony

THANK YOU Tony! The term is Alpha channel!

Yes, most require an subscription but they really do have good stuff. Iam not against supporting good stuff however.

Any idea why PD can't render them?
