youcam DE wants a product key?

Started to use Skype again after long pause.
I get a pop up asking for a product key? Can't find original disc with this information so turned to my account.
Looked for key in my products Information but listed as n/a.
Where do I go from here?

If you ever registered the software then the product key will be found after signing in to your cyberlink registration link.

Cannot find product key and yet I'm sure I registered at the time.
I was able to use the webcam on a zoom connection last night so think the pop up box may be a softwre clitch.
Any way thanks for your suggestion.
