You can't do that separately, which is why I suggested that you reinstall PD15 in the other thread. SInce you have the App Manager, it may be better if you uninstall PD first (using the Windows uninstall tool) and then let the App Manager reinstall it. No need to uninstall any of the content packs.
If you're prompted to retain personalized settings during the uninstall, you can keep them; but if the problem isn't resolved, you may want to try uninstalling PD again and this time remove the personalized settings. Your existing content, projects and downloaded items should be left intact in both cases.
