Getting Error After Purchased 365 Director Suite

HI ALL
I AM REGULAR CUSTOMER OF POWER DIRECTOR SUIT FROM LAST A FEW YEARS
RECENTLY I PURCHASED 365 POWER DIRECTOR
AFTER 1 YEAR SUBSCIP ENDS , I PURCHASED 365 DIRECTOR SUITS JUST NOW
BUT I AM GETTING ERROR TO DOWNLOAD
USING WITH APPLICATION MANAGER I AM GETTING ERROR WHILE DOWNLOAD APPS
STUCKEDD AT 99 %
NOT A SINGLE SOFT I CAN DOWNLOAD
I UNISTALED POWER DIRECTOR BUT SAME PROBLUM
I FORMAT MY LAPTOP BUT SAME PROBLUM
PLSE TELL ME WHAT TO DO

This seems like a common occurrence, so do a search of the forum to find solutions.

From what I remember, you can try uninstalling cyberlink application manager app, and then downloading and reinstalling:
