SCREEN RECORD２でPowerDVDの再生画像をキャプチャできません

CyberLincのサポートには連絡済ですが、
PowerDVD14を使ってBluRay(mp4ファイル)を再生中の画面があり、
その画面をSCREEN RECORDER２でキャプチャしようとすると、失敗します。
音声は記録されているのですが、取り込んだ映像が真っ暗です。

Webで調べてハードウェアアクセラレーションを外して見ましたが、
改善されません。バージョンは2.1.0.7350と表示されています。

静止画のキャプチャ（SnippingTool）をやっても同様です。

Answer:
As far as I know, PowerDVD display the BluRay screen using overlay memory so you cannot capture the screen. This is known as a type of video acceleration. If you read the documentation then you will find that BluRay capture is not allowed. Any capture or recording software will display that black screen.

Windows１０を購入してもこのソフトは使えないですか？
