I can't play Blu-ray of 2019 due to aacs license issue.
Do I have to buy the new 2019 version?
How many years is the aacs license supported?

Click yes to allow the aacs periodic update. It should work just fine for now. It works on mine.

The retail version of PowerDVD 12 Ultra still plays the latest Blu-rays as tomasc mentioned and I outlined here.

Since you have an OEM version, it may be different. It depends how long the OEM manufacturer wanted to provide AACS support for. So you should contact the OEM manufacturer's customer service and ask them if their support is still active.
