Add freeze frame to a slo mo video?

Using the ACtion center, I created part of my video where it replays and goes in slo motion. Is there a way to then add a freeze frame?

I added a freezeframe keyframe in the action center, but right before it occurs the video speeds up to normal mode (goes out of slo-motion) and after the freeze frame, it runs at regular speed for a half second or so before the slo motion continues.

Any ideas? Is this something I can't do in action center and would have to do manually (insert into timeline, then split so i can see all of the individual applied items)

Or am I just doing something wrong? I'm simply trying to replay 5 seconds or so of a video, and when i replays, go slo motion and freeze for 1 second on a frame in the middle of the slo mo.

thanks!

I figured it out. I had "ease in/ease out" applied to the timeshift. So, it was "easing in and out" of the freeze frame. Once I unchecked those, it goes slo mo > freeze frame > slo mo just fine!
