How do I edit the Menu Structure?

I'm using Powerdirector 18 to make a DVD. I have 2 videos, which I want the viewer to be able to select between on the DVD menu. However, when I import them, it adds an extra menu between the main menu, and the one where the user can select which video to play. I would prefer if the first menu would just give this option immediately. Here is the current Menu Structure:

And I want to edit it to look like this:

I've searched around and can't find anything. How can I edit the menu structure to look like the second image?

In Create Disk > Menu Preferences, on the bottom of the left pane, Uncheck include Root menu.
That leaves only the scenes menu.
