polygonal lasso tool or the pen tool

I have this program as part of the Director Suite 365 so I figured I would give it a shot. Does this program have anything like the polygonal lasso tool or the pen tool in PhotoShop? I know it has a lasso tool but it's not as accurate as the one in PS.
