I am producing an AVC H.264 ISO image to be burned to DVD in Power2Go later. Is there a way to save the chapter markers from the edit in this format/method? Or do they need to be added back in later during authoring process in Power2Go?

If you author and create the iso image in PowerDirector then you can use Power2Go to burn it. There is the authoring process in the newer versions of P2Go and the menu audio volume control in the newest version. You can try it and report back so other users will know about what you are able to do in your particular version.
