Does PD8 Offer Advanced PIP Features?

All,

My initial video (or still, in this case) will need a small area at any given area, that will provide a motion video (with audio) from a few pixels to full screen.

The idea is, when my technicians click the CD/DVD hyperlink. The initial screen would be a still shot, and the item of their choice will enlarge to full screen with audio narrative.

I am making technical "how-to" videos for all to use.

I truly appreciate all the help this room has offered and I don't like to bother anyone if possible. If anyone knows of a "PowerDirector 8 Bible" (similiar to Dreamweaver and other programs), please let me know.
