PD 18 Motion Graphics - why do I only have 14?

I have a 365 subscription and upgraded to PD 18. I was excited for the added motion graphic titles but have been a bit let down with how limited they are (you can really only change the text, not even the colours and even the text editing options are excessively limited vs making your own titles).

I saw on a preview on YT where it was mentioned there was something around 44 motion graphics from this new upgrade and they even showed them in his copy of PD 18.

Did I get short changed somehow or is there only 14?

I haven't seen the total number specified anywhere. I also have 14 MG out of a total of 93 titles in my Titles library:
