creating data blue ray and pressing BURN returns Error "...could not locate the auto-run program"

I'm using the latest Windows 10 release and updates (as of 8-7-2019) on a Dell G5 5590 i7-9750H, an external Pioneer Blu-ray burner and power2go 12 that I just bought and upgraded to.

What should I do (other than bang my head on this money pit. Again.)

Did you enable "auto-run program" when you start to burn the disc?
Try to disable it and burn again.
