Hello Everyone,

I could use some help with this area. I recently had a team come and do some footage of my business and the got some great shots of my company. They are creating a video for me but have also given me all the raw footage to play around with (since I love editing videos).

My main problem is all of the file formats they have sent me are very high resolution .MOV files (like one 45 second clip is 2gb) I want to be able to use the high resolution footage in my video but everytime i convert the files it loses so much quality. is there any way i can use the MOV files on Powerdirector? I have searched the web high and low but can only find options for converting and losing quality which I have done through all the different formats.

Any advice or help is appreciated.

The forum has a built-in search feature, and it pulls up lots of posts with similar problems. This one should solve your problem by letting you work directly with MOV clips.

If not, please uploiad the shortest clip you have to a cloud folder and paste the link to it here so other members can check to see if they can edit it on their systems.
