How to straight and rotate a video just slightly ?

Hi
I'm trying to rotate a video to make it stright but it allowes me to rotate only on very big movments.
How can I control it?

Double click on the video in the timeline, this will bring up "PIP Designer", in the "Object Settings" area there is a "Rotation" setting which accepts fractions of a degree.
