Pack missing

Hi everyone
Does anyone know why or how to solve.
Application Manager shows installed, these 2 packages [Travel Pack2 and Romance Pack Vol.3] are not present in PD17 also in the C: \ Program Files (x86) \ CyberLink \ templates \ Creative Design Pack folder XEON-E5-2680 v4 / Mem. 16GB DDR4
M.2 NVME 512Gb / 2-SSD Sata3 1TB
AMD RX570 / Display Philips 272V8
Windows 11_64Pro / PD22/365

Go to Windows Apps & features tool and see if they are listed. If they are here, uninstall them and then install them again with the App Manager.

Control Panel, from win7 is also not there.

I had this installed before renewing Windows.

I did not want to install it before, now that I needed to install process was as expected, did not and did not install it to my surprise. XEON-E5-2680 v4 / Mem. 16GB DDR4
