Blurring out things with screen capture

Thinking about shooting an instructional viceo where I'll use the screen-capture software I got when I just recently purchased PowerDirector 17 Ulltimate. But there are proabably going to be some on-screen things I'd like to sort of "Blur out" to hide, for security reasons, so that end-users who see my video can't see it, before I produce it. How do I do that, after I capture some video?

You edit your capture. Start a new project. Put the Capture on the timeline and edit like the normal video it is.

There is a Blur effect you can size and position to fit. Blur is found at FX > Style > Blur. It is also in All Content. Carl312: Windows 10 64-bit 8 GB RAM,AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4 GHz,ATI Radeon HD 5770 1GB,240GB SSD,two 1TB HDs.

My tutorial shows you the basics of blurring or censoring an area of your video.
