I have mixed an audio file consisting of two tracks--one with music, and a seperate voice track. After I produce the file and play it on my phone using the phone's speakers, I only hear the voice track (no music). If I plug in headphones or connect a bluetooth speaker, I hear both tracks.

Any ideas what's going on here and how to fix it?

Thanks.

It makes sense. Your phone speaker is mono. Your headphone is stereo. You have created a music track with one of the stereo track channel out of phase in which the music is canceled out. You can redo your mixing but the easiest fix that I can think of without much explanation is to reduce the right channel by -6db to lower the volume.
