Hi,

I tried exporting a video to H.265 with the following audio edits and get no audio in the .mp4 file:

  • Modified Equalizer to Techno

  • Modified Noise Reduction

Can someone help?

I have Power Director version 17.0.2727.0

Thanks!

Do you get audio when you don't apply these effects?

In addition to what StevenG mentioned need to know the Preferences/General/Audio channels setting you chose.

Yes, I get audio when I only crop & trim the video clip.

I did the following settings:
-MP4 File Extension

  • MPEG 4 1920 x 1080/30p (11Mbps)

  • NTSC

    • Checked Fast Video Rendering Technology: Intel Quick Sync

    • Checked Surround Sound: Dolby Digital 5.1

Thank you for supplying some details.

In PD17 the Audio Editor changes only work with stereo and not 5.1. Go to Preferences/General and change the audio from 5.1 to stereo. In produce do not check surround sound. You should have audio in the produced file.

Thanks for the tip. I unchecked surround sound and the end result is a much cleaner sound quality. Thanks!
