Power DVD 16 No Longer Works with Latest Windows Build

My computer just updated to the latest Windows 10 build, and now all of my Cyberlink products no longer work. I get an error message saying that the program is not compatible with Windows. I have uninstalled and re-installed, also run sfc/scannow and nothing has worked. Current system info:
Win 10 Home
Ver 1809
Build 17763.404

PowerDVD 16 is compatible with Windows 10, so it should not be a problem to install it. If you can't, I suggest you contact CyberLink Customer Service:
