Won't Even download

any help would be appreciated.. followed the cyberlink directions. copied and pasted the addresses and pushed download.. after i tried to open a download all i got was boxes with ?????? questionmarks in them. no link to use my key to activiate...

It seems like she bought the software online, got the email with the link to download it and, the link doesn't work.
She has to contact the vendor. No more error messages!
No more crashes!

EXACT same thing is happening to me!

And it's not a problem with the link everything downloads fine but after that you click on the program that ends with .exe and get a wizard type thing except it's called "winrar" and has a load of question marks instead of actual words.

does no one know what to do?

Thank you for the PM.

This could be a simple case of File recognition, I'm guessing and need more visual information.

Can you attach an image to a posting so we can see what you're talking about? You will need to make sure the image is less than 100kb - so edit it. The image I want is of the group of files. To view what you are trying to explain.
