What / Where is "Magic Fix"?
[Post New]
I got an email from Cyberlink, clicked on a link...

https://blog.cyberlink.com/video-editing/how-to-fix-out-of-focus-video-with-this-simple-trick/?TopLink=Article_PDR_Fix

This is not something new ?? Just the term "Magic Fix" applied to tools already present in PD 17 ?

Thanks...

You are correct, not new capability. They simply moved a few things around from previous versions and "promote".

Additionally, the statement:
"Fortunately, Magic Fix is there to help you fix out-of-focus video with ease. All you need to do is select the photo or footage in question, and then click the Fix/Enhance.

From there, you can apply stabilizer and re-focus as needed. You can also use this handy tool to remove red eye."

You can't re-focus as needed with footage as is suggested in the statement, re-focus only applies to a photo.

How strange! "Magic Fix" is an old tool that was around up until PD14 or maybe 15 but it's gone now. This is from PD14:

The article does have some good editing tips, and the screenshots actually show how to access the current tools, but I don't know why the author chose to use the name of and link to a feature from PD5! undecided

Thank you...

For the time being, my sanity has been validated.
