Often when I upgrade PowerDirector I loose my custom video profiles (and sometimes custom titles, etc). I just upgraded to 17.02514.2 from a previous version of PD17, and my custom video rendering profiles are all gone. Somebody posted here once how I could retrieve them. What was the trick again! Where are the old ones located?
