PowerTools Missing in PowerDirector 365

I have only two PowerTools available in PowerDirector 365: Blending Mode and 2d to3D (see attachment). How do I access the others, such as Crop/Zoom/Pan? In my previous version, I had three and still no Crop/Zoom/Pan. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix?

I can tell that you have a photo selected on the timeline, even though you did not include the timeline in your screenshot. These are the only two Power Tools for images. If you select a video clip there will be more, including Crop/Zoom tool.
