purchased a subscription but now what?

hello,

I purchased a one year subscription. but i cannot figure out how to register my software and how do I download the templates etc? each time I try I am prompted to purchae but I alrady did purchase.. help

If you have purchased a subscsription to PowerDirector or Director Suite, you first need to download the CyberLink Application Manager (CAM). Which you should be able to do here: https://membership.cyberlink.com/prog/member/service/manage-subscription.do?lang=ENU&affid=2581_0_712

Once you install that program, you log in with your account and then you can download all the programs and effects within CAM.
