Media Center Remote Control won't Skip Chapters Power DVD 9 Ultra (skip works in regular player)

If you use the Media Center remote control, you can normally use the Skip Forward, Skip Backward buttons to skip around chapters of the Blu-Ray movie.

I confirmed I can use my media center remote to skip Blu-Ray chapters if using the CyberLink PowerDVD 9 program stand alone. (NOT in MCE)

If I run Windows Media Center, and then launch a Blu-Ray movie inside Media Center, all buttons on the remote control work except for Skip Forward Back buttons. I can do a regular fast forward but not skip. (nothing happens) The only way I can skip around chapters while in Media Center is to use the mouse, and click the on screen skip forward/backward buttons.

I've confirmed many times, the remote buttons work just fine outside of media center using the regular powerdvd player.

What would be causing the buttons not to respond correctly?

Yeah, but my Media Center remote I have now fully supports Power DVD 9 Ultra right now. (only the stand alone Power DVD Application)

Power DVD integrates tightly into Media Center. This means if I'm in Media Center and insert a Blu-Ray disc, everything plays inside Media Center itself. You'll still see the Cyberlink PowerDVD controls at the bottom if you move the mouse. As I said in the first part of my reply, the remote control still works, but this time two buttons have no response. (skip fwd or skip back)

Once I exit the whole media center program and try again via the regular power dvd app, I can skip forward/backward just fine.
