Can't upload to CyberLink Cloud

I've recorded and edited my videos using PowerDirector Mobile app. but none of them will upload to Cyberlink Cloud. I've tried with my mobile data and connected to wifi. At home and at my office. Nothing is working. It gets to 73% then drops down to 61% and keeps going back and forth between those 2. I've even left it overnite and it was still on the same things the next morning.
