Every single time I record a webcam video, It is like an old Chinese movie whereas the lips move, then the voice is heard.
The video is not in sync with the movements of the lips.

I have a high-end computer

Windows 10 Home
i7 - 3820 CPU @ 3.60GHz 4 cores with 8 Logical Processors
Sabertooth X79 Motherboard
64bit
1TB SSD Hard Drive
16 Gig ram
Radeon 7900 series graphic card

So as you can see by my hardware, I have above the system
requirements - is overkill really for this application.
So why the very noticeable lag?

If anyone can help

did you turn on any effect while recording?
what's the video resolution you record?
