My ColorDirector is not opening individually.(without PowerDirector) on wINDOWS 10 64 bit

When I click on the icon of ColorDirector on my laptop it does not open. What should I do

Open the Windows task manager and check to see if ColorDirector.exe process is running. End the process if it is and then you should be able to open it.
