Is powerdvd 15 unable to play purchased blu-ray disc movie ?

Powerdvd indicates "no disc" when i insert the disc into the player (Samsung)

I guess there is an issue with the DRM ?

Yes PowerDVD 15 can play the latest Blu-rays. That message is symptom that something needs to be updated.

1. First ensure that you have the latest version of PowerDVD 15 installed. Latest version is 4630

2. Update your GPU driver to the latest (from manfacturer web site)

3. Check if your drive's firmware can be updated
