PowerDirector Subscription burning 2 different versions on one disc

Hello,

This is my first post on this forum. Thank you so much for taking the time to read it.
I burned my first DVD last night with the subscription version of power director. For some reason, the program burned and older version and a newer version of my movie on the same disk. This was not my intention. I’m not sure what I might’ve done in order to cause this.
If you have any information that would help me to remove the older version of the movie before I burn the next disk, please let me know. I’m not sure what I might have done wrong.
When I played the disc, the older edit auto-played. Then it went to the root menu. Then I hit play in the menu and it played the newer version.

A bit hard to determine what may have gone wrong here.
It would be good if you can share somewhat more information, like screen shots of the timeline, the disk and menu settings, and whatever may seem relevant.

The only thing I can think of is that you must have tried to burn a disc once with the earlier version of your project, and then made changes and added that to the Create Disc queue, rather than replacing the existing content.

Open PD with your current project, then click on the Create Disc button. On the Content tab, how many items/thumbnails do you see? If there are two, that means you added the newer version, so you'd want to delete the Title 1 item (earlier version).
