Cant install my upgrade

I had to reload my Windows 10 laptop. I have 3 Power2Go upgrades. I tried every install file I have starting with the latest and I get the message "Your system must have at least one of the following versions". I don't have any of those becasue none of my 3 upgrades will work. I get the same message.

It sounds you need to have an old power2go version then you can install your upgrade version of power2go.
