Bing or Google is your friend. Just search for "royalty free alpha channel photo snowflake" and you'll find tons of overlays with transparent backgrounds. Keep in mind that a screenshot from a video will work too - as long as you save it as .png with transparency enabled.

Hello Ken,

Welcome to the PhotoDirector forum laughing

As suggested, a search engine will locate thousands of suitable images. Some sites specialise on .png files with transparency. Some examples:

http://pngimg.com/imgs/nature/snowflakes/
https://pngtree.com/so/snow-flake
https://www.freepngimg.com/nature/snowflakes
https://www.kisspng.com/free/snowflakes.html

DirectorZone has a small number of snowflakes formatted as particle templates, which won't meet your needs directly.

Hello,

if you want to get free-copyrighted pictures, you can refer to these websites.
Or you can directly search on Google for related images, but try to avoid copyright artworks before using them.

https://www.nicepng.com/s/snowflake/
https://www.clipartmax.com/so/snowflake-clipart/
https://www.pngkey.com/pngs/snowflake/
https://www.pngitem.com/so/silver-snowflake/
https://www.clipartkey.com/search/snowflake/
https://www.kindpng.com/free/snowflake/
https://www.netclipart.com/s/snowflake/
https://www.pngkite.com/soen/snowflake/

I often using clipartmax to find cartoon & lovely images, nocopyright.

Good luck.
