every time i upgrade i have major problems on both pc's

error, cant delete pd 7.. ect.. now i finally got pd7 deleted and pd8 wont install .. you guys are killing me . how bout making a user friendly version that works?

three hours into it, im redownloading version 8.. i will update with what goes wrong.
2nd time same error... 1334 the file _9ed2e2f96fd440dd964547fe37083c29 cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in cabinet file data1.cab... please help me .. i have purchase this version and am regreting it already.

this happened when i upgraded to version 7 also..

any way to make it a simple upgrade and not a complicated one? what now?

ohh and btw i owned ver 6 , and have been a customer since 2007.. i just purchased pinnacle because i cant wait 3 days to get this 75.00 upgrade to work aand the old version doesnt work with my camcorder very well.. hope i can get this cleared up.

ok i got it to load, the windows cleaner worked.( thank you tony ).. seems a bit much that the software upgrade cant remove the old version correctly itself..

B U T ... now mt achdv video mpeg 4 doesnt want to completly extract so i can edit it heh.. i guess ill look that in the search now.. its been 2 days and i still cant get this to work.. no worries though.. ill keep trying untill i throw everything out the window, including my sanity.

FINALLY IT WORKS!!!!!!!!! it does crash handling mpeg 4 but i can at least get it to work with mpeg 2, and burn a dvd.. now for that mpeg 4.. hmmm ill give you this though THIS program works better then pin nacle ultimate! and i paid alot more for that heh.. im happy again!
