Unable to locate/use objects or files downloaded from Director Zone.
They show up in my download folder and when I click on them, a message states that it is now ready for use but I can't locate it in PowerDirector 16.
Please help.

You should note the type of effect you downloaded, will find in the corresponding room, also note the aspect ratio some effects is only for 4x3 or 16x9 the other.

I have the same problem. Neither the dowloaded Title templates from version 15 or newly installed version 16 show up in the Title section. I also downloaded a new Title template today using version 16 and it does not appear. The program states all of these are available of use? Any suggestions?

Check a different aspect ratio. 16:9 or 4:3 only the aspect you have for your timeline will show. Carl312: Windows 10 64-bit 8 GB RAM,AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4 GHz,ATI Radeon HD 5770 1GB,240GB SSD,two 1TB HDs.

Changing the aspect ratio did show up all of the Title templates from earlier projects.
The only one that did not show up was the one from version 16. It did not show up at either ratio.
I'll try to download again and be careful on the aspect ratio.

thank you

Content created in newer verions of Powerdirector may not show in older versions. Project files made in newer versions will not open in earlier versions.

On downloads from Director Zone, be sure your version of powerdirector is listed. Carl312: Windows 10 64-bit 8 GB RAM,AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4 GHz,ATI Radeon HD 5770 1GB,240GB SSD,two 1TB HDs.

I have version 16 and all of the downloads from ver. 15 showed up and worked fine.

I downloaded a set of templates for the preferred aspect ratio and they also worked.
All is working now.

Thanks
