60 hz refresh rate

I am getting a black screen with running a 60 hz refresh rate on a 4k tv. It work fine if the change the refresh rate to 30 hz. Does anyone know a work around or is was fixed in the newest version. Thank you. :

Black screen?
Check the GPU driver first. And, are your display setup and hardware compatible with 4K 60 hz?

What type of media do you play in powerdvd?
Is it movie disc, or certain format of video?

Blue ray disk. Under nvidia drivers if I change the display rate from 60 hz to 30 hz it plays fine. 4k TV through HDMI 2.0. running GTX1080 ti.

Try disable the high performance mode in powerdvd settings -> more video settings.

if it doesn't work, contact their support.
