Reversing direction

hello
I have read about reverse clip direction
some cross-fades and dissolves work better with the frames running in reverse order because the reverse movement in on clip may blend better with the forward movement of the following clip
has anyone come accros a program that can do this

PD8 will reverse clips. PD7 doesn't but I did post this some time ago :-
