Can't see a reason why not.

As long as it's edited using PDR, there doesn't seem to be anything in the rules to would prevent it being eligible.

But i made this 11 minutes video and i read later on the submission rules that "The video should be between 1-6 minutes".
I'm out of contest ? i have to delete the video ?
